Mailavarapu Surya Narayana , popularly known as M.S NARAYANA – one of the top most comedians of Tollywood is no more. His death is a great toss to the Telugu Film Fraternity and Telugu film lovers. If Brahmanandam is the numero uno comedian in Tollywood, then M.S Narayana comes a close second. He has a special place in Tollywood thanks to his excellent comic timing and spoofs that are specially designed for him. He owned every character he did. With nearly 800 films to his credit, MS is a face to reckon with for the average Telugu film viewer. The most educated comedian of Tollywood, MS has worked with many budding directors as well as several top-notch directors of Tollywood. It is an indigestible fact that this great entertainer and sought after actor for spoofs in Tollywood is no more. Here are few spoofs of M.S Narayana that make him stand special apart from his regular comedy.

1. Balakrishna’s Simha

2. Pawan Kalyan’s Komaram Puli

Apart from these spoofs, there were other roles our directors have given him to generate special humor though hilarious photoshops and also look-alike make overs.

He never tried to imitate those characters but recreated that feel in his own inimitable way. Some of the well known peculiar roles specially designed for him are :

11. As a Typical Tollywood Producer

12. Tollywood’s ‘revenge’ Director

13. As factionist Reddy Naidu (RENA)

This is just a small list of one side of his coin. The other side as a regular comedian needs no description. Even when some of his roles have had minimal time frames in few films, most of them turned out to be highlights and stress-busters. The death of this irreplaceable talent leaves a big void in the industry. We will miss you MS NARAYANA garu!

Thank you for all the laughs.
